Description
Although photographed on the hexagonal table in the Living Room in 1911, little is known about this lamp or what happened to it. The striking floral designs and dark ground suggest it dates between 1900 and 1910 and various makers–from Rookwood to Moorcroft–have been posited. At some point after the family moved into the Log House, this lamp was replaced by one with a lighter-colored base and the same or similar paper shade.
